WARNING! DANGER AHEAD, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
My apologies, Doctor, if I have given you an undue fright. I merely meant to convey the seriousness of our task at hand today, for the information I am about to divulge to you may may well save your life one day. I know what you are about to say, Doctor, and I assure you that an attitude of superiority will get you nowhere. I am well aware that you have fought and defeated hundreds of enemies throughout your many incarnations and scarcely need a refresher course, but let me remind you, Doctor, that you have also been defeated, yes? Those regenerations of yours did not happen because you were always victorious, my young friend. But that is neither here nor there; it is my function to instruct not judge and your duty is to learn. I suggest we both attend to the tasks set before us, shall we?
I would draw your attention to the panel directly above you, Doctor. You should see a video monitor upon which I have compiled a visual listing comprising ten of your most deadly enemies. Please press the button and play it now. Do not worry if you have no recollection of them at this moment; that is to be expected and part of the reason I am here. All of the information you need know on each archetype has been lifted from my data banks in order that I may share it with you now. Fear not, Doctor. When we are done here, you will have all the knowledge necessary to your survival.

Sontarans
Doctors Met: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 10th, 11th
The Sontarans are a militaristic race of humanoid beings from the planet Sontar, who live for the honor of battle and the glory of war. One thing that makes them particularly dangerous is the fact that they do not fear death. The greatest humiliation a Sontaran can face is being forced to admit weakness or having to nurse someone, both things they despise above all else. They are ruthless and bloodthirsty, yet possess a stringent sense of discipline that is oddly admirable. They will only ally themselves with other species, take prisoners, or allow enemies to live if it serves the greater good of the Empire.
In the Middle Ages, a Sontaran by the name of Linx tried to claim Earth as his own. Sontarans have also tried to turn Earth into a clone world and even had the audacity to attempt a raid on Gallifrey. They continue to be locked in a battle with their mortal enemies, the Rutans. One of their greatest disappointments is having been forbidden a place in the Great Time War.
Biologically, Sontarans have large, bulbous heads and short stocky bodies. They have grey-brown skin, deep set features, and interestingly enough, green blood. They absorb energy via a probic vent located on the back of their necks, which is coincidentally probably their greatest crucial weakness, as a sharp blow to this vent has the ability to prove fatal. They reproduce by cloning, meaning each Sontaran is nearly identical to the other. Your 11th incarnation once described them as "psychotic potato-faced dwarfs", and as unflattering as the picture may be, he was frighteningly accurate.

Ice Warriors
Doctors Met: 2nd, 3rd, 11th
The Ice Warriors are a race of reptilian humanoid creatures from the planet Mars. Originally created by the Gandoran (another Martian reptilian species) as slaves, the Ice Warriors are an ancient race whose motto is "Attack one of us, attack all of us." These creatures have an extremely strong sense of personal honor and consider it incredibly dishonorable be seen without their armor, removing it only under the most extreme of circumstances.
Physically, they are quite large, with adults growing up to seven feet tall. Underneath their armor, they have flattened, scaly faces with sharp fangs and thin, green tongues. Their fingers are clawed, and they usually have large black eyes. Their biggest weakness is heat, which can leave them gasping for breath until they eventually die; thus the reason for the armor which acts as a protective shell. For all of them intimidating size, the Ice Warriors are herbivores.
The honor of the Ice Warrior has come into play on more than one occasion when dealing with the Doctor, even though they are definitely counted as 'enemy' rather than 'friend'. It was, for example, after the 3rd incarnation of the Doctor saved the life of the Ice Lord Izlyr that he felt obligated to help the Doctor escape from the planet, Peladon. Circumstances like that notwithstanding, after their own planet's ecosystem became inhospitable, the Ice Warriors took to terraforming other planetary ecosystems to become more suitable to their own living conditions, and thus was their main source of contention with the Doctor. The fact that other life forms would be annihilated in the process is of no concern to the Ice Warrior; the survival of their own kind is of the utmost importance.

The Great Intelligence
Doctors Met: 2nd, 7th, 11th
The Great Intelligence, originally known as Yog-Sothoth, is a disembodied sentient being whose main purpose is to find a body and achieve actual physical existence. Though its exact nature is somewhat of a mystery, the 2nd Doctor's description was rather accurate in that it is a "formless, shapeless thing, floating out in space like a cloud only with a mind and a will". The Intelligence considers itself "a mass of thoughts with a single thought". Whatever the case, its hatred for the Doctor knows no bounds, and it will go to any length to defeat him.
It is very arrogant, and once informed the Doctor that "his brain was too small to grasp its true purpose". It uses people as human servants, possessing them and forcing them to do its will, though it is not limited solely to human form. In the 19th century, for example, it attempted to destroy Earth, manifesting itself as living snow, using the dark dreams of a misguided human as 'fuel'. On another occasion, it planned to cover the world in slime. It has taken form of webbing to ensnare the Doctor's TARDIS, and has even used the internet as a means of global control. Insidious and cunning, the Intelligence was supposedly 'killed' by Madame Vastra when she entered the time stream of the 11th Doctor-but personally, I would not let my guard down just yet.

The Silence
Doctors Met: 11th
The creatures known as Silents once served as Confessional Priests in Tasha Lem's religious order, the Silence. The Silence was an offshoot of the Papal Mainframe, and the main function of the genetically engineered Priests was to use their powers to allow sinners to forget their confessions. However, 'priestly' duties were soon abandoned for more far-reaching pursuits. Due to the part they were destined to play in the Time War, the Silence dedicated themselves to entering the Doctor's time stream in order to kill him before an ancient prophecy could be fulfilled: "On the fields of Trenzalore, at the fall of the eleventh, when no living creature can speak falsely or fail to answer, a Question will be asked, a question that must never, ever be answered." The answer to this question was the name of the Doctor; one he had been running from for most of his life.
These Silents are nothing like their priestly predecessors. They are cold, twisted, and cruel creatures who will stop at nothing to get what they want. Devoid of technology of their own, they have altered Earth's history and used its people for their own advantages in their quest to stop the Doctor. For example, it is the Silents who are responsible for the moon landing, as they needed a special space suit for Melody Pond, the daughter of Amy and Rory whom they had kidnapped when she was an infant. They were also not above the murdering of humans and post-hypnotic suggestions to get their points across if they needed a message to be delivered to the Doctor; human life meant nothing in the grand scheme of things.
Physically they are the 'Hollywood' alien, approximately 7 feet in height with skeletal features, grey-skinned large bulbous heads, mouthless faces, and small sunken eyes that appear completely dark. They have deep, raspy voices, and tend to make growling or clicking noises. Their most unique power is the ability to 'memory proof', anyone who sees them will instantly forget about them the moment they look away, even if shown a photograph, giving them the unique ability to blend in anywhere. They also have the ability to absorb electricity, are quite strong, and can exert mind control over their subjects via post-hypnotic suggestion.

Silurians
Doctors met: 3rd, 5th, 11th
The Silurians are an advanced technological society that once ruled the earth many centuries ago. They were the original rulers of the Earth, long before humans came along. In fact, they look down on humans as not much more then savage apes and some of their kind have even used humans as we would use livestock. While they were considered actually a very peaceful race, only attacking when they themselves were attacked, they also believed in their superiority. In fact, a wedding between a Silurian and a Sea Devil was punishable by death because any children from such a union would no longer be pure.
The biggest consensus on their looks is that they are reptillian looking, with scaly crested heads. However, there were at least ten or eleven variations of them, not to mention subtle differences between castes. They also spoke telepathically for the most part, only using actual speech when dealing with children or species that couldn't use telepathy. This gift is normally helped by a third eye, though there were tribes that lacked such. Also, their bodies are suited for warfare, having hollow bones and powerful muscles, as well as being taller and faster then most humans.
As mentioned earlier, Silurians ruled over the Earth for centuries, and even had a hand in human development. However, there was a prediction of a great apocalypse coming and so they all went underground to hibernate until it was safe. For millinuems, they stayed undisturbed until they began to awaken. Some awoke on their own, some were awakened by mistake or humans digging too far down but all awoke with the intention of ruling again. However, they are not mindless beasts. The Doctor has more often then not, worked out rough deals with the Silurians tribes, even considering one or two friends. Cosider this, perhaps then, a form of the popular expression 'a frenemy'.

Weeping Angels
Doctors Met: 10th, 11th
The exact origins of the Weeping Angels is unknown, though it is commonly believed that they evolved near the beginnings of the universe. One of the deadliest predators in the galaxy, these creatures are protected by the ultimate defense mechanism-a quantum time lock. Simply put, they can only move when not being observed, appearing as innocent stone statues all other times. While this allows them to 'hide in plain sight', it also makes them the 'loneliest beings in existence'. They are forced to cover their faces with their hands in order to prevent trapping each other in petrified form by an accidental glance, thus giving them the 'weeping' appearance.
The Weeping Angels are murderous psychopaths who live off the time energy of their victims, eradicating their timelines and dropping them into an alternative past. The victims are 'mercifully' allowed to live out their new lives, with the complete loss of their previous, the Angels gobbling up the resulting temporal energy from the lost years. One touch is all it takes. However, if an alternate, stronger power source is available, they may resort to other, less 'merciful' means such as simply snapping the victim's neck. Alternately, an Angel can feed off radiation and certain types of electrical energy. Left without energy for too long, an Angel will starve to death, wearing away and crumbling. They have the ability to convert ordinary statues for their purpose, and the kiss of an Angel has the ability to transform the unfortunate victim into the exact likeness of another, with a life span of only a few weeks before the curse proves fatal. The kiss also has the potential to rob a victim of their life energy immediately, reducing them to dust.
Angels, when on the attack are quite fast, bearing teeth, claws and fangs, in direct contrast to the serene faces they present when at 'rest'. Cherub, or 'baby angels', possess the same traits as their adult counterparts, but when they are not seen, their footsteps and giggles can be heard. Most weapons are useless against Weeping Angels; a mirror is probably your best chance at survival. Take care though, anything with the image of an Angel, such as a picture or photograph becomes an Angel itself, with all of its powers. Never assume that an ordinary statue is 'just' a statue, always keep a mirror handy, and most importantly-DON'T BLINK!

The Master
Doctors met: 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th,7th,8th,10th, 12th
Truly one of the Doctor's longest running enemies, and in many ways the Doctor's equal. As a fellow Time Lord, his appearance is hard to nail down due to several regenerations, though the latest form is not actually a man at all. The Master has, in fact, chosen to flaunt tradition and return as a female, exchanging "Master" for "Missy". Where the Doctor chose to see and save the universe, he/she chose to try and conquer it to his/her will. Where the Doctor had several companions, he/she only had a few and only ones he/she could use to further his/her plans. In many ways, he/she served as a sort of example to the Doctor, of what corruption and arrogance could do to a Time Lord.
Yet it was more complicated then that. The Doctor and the Master were once school mates and good friends. Together they stood up to bullies, studied, and played dangerous games. In fact, it would have been said in those days that the Doctor followed in the Master's shoes, not the other way around. However, he/she was slowly being driven mad by a constant drumming noise in his head that only he/she could hear. This combined with his/her arrogance and lust for power caused his/her personality to shift. By the time the two started traveling the universe (both in stolen tardises on the same day coincendentally), he/she was set upon ruining your plans. His/her abilities were much like most Time Lords, being able to travel in time and space. However, he/she also had unique psychic powers that he used often to manipulate others to his/her will. He/she also had a laser screwdriver, which, in complete opposition to the Doctor's sonic screwdriver, could and was used to kill.
The Doctor and the Master have met several times against each other, and occasionally even working together, though usually the Master was using this as a chance to get something for him/herself. The Master was believed to have sacrificed their life for to save the 10th Doctor and defeat Rassillion in revenge for a ruined childhood, but such was not to be the final case. During your 12th incarnation, the Master once more plays their hand, this time 'gifting' you with an army of cybermen intended for your use to take over the world, with "Missy" by your side, of course. A twisted plot from a twisted mind. Missy, as far as we know, has been destroyed by the Doctor when he obliterated her using her own weapon against her.

Cybermen
Doctors Met: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 10th, 11th, 12th
Cybermen rank among some of the Doctor's most enduring enemies. These cybernetically augmented humanoids are virtually indestructible-living brains housed inside metal bodies. Inside their metal casings, an emotional inhibitor suppresses all human feeling. They view emotions and feelings as weakness, and will frequently make attempts to 'upgrade' humans and other humanoid races into Cybermen via a re-engineering process of cyber-conversion. Cybermen have no individuality and no use for personal names (though there are a few exceptions to this 'rule').
There are actually three different groups of Cybermen. The original Cybermen are a group of modified humans that hail from the planet Mondas, a former planet that was the exact twin to Earth. When Mondas began drifting into the outer solar system, the natives of that world took it upon themselves to survive by adapting; turning themselves into a form of cyborg. The earliest prototype retained some of their human features, such as their hands, and had cloth, not metal faces. They have mylar-like skin and exposed circuitry, with their biggest weakness being the element gold; a mere touch can prove toxic. These Cybermen had a primitive form of time travel, but had weapons developed enough to eradicate the whole Earth. Their main purpose was to conquer the universe, boosting their numbers by converting as many other humanoids to be like them as possible-willing or not.
The other group of Cybermen are from the parallel Earth known as "Pete's World", so named after Pete Tyler (Rose's Dad). They were created by Cybus Industries owner, John Lumic. Considering themselves Human Point Two, they hold the firm belief that all of humanity must be 'upgraded' in order to preserve its information, and that humanities weaknesses and frailties would be eradicated forever. They truly wish to create a superior race, and believe themselves to be the prototype for it. Those who resist or who are found unfit for the conversion process will find themselves 'deleted'-code word for 'killed'.
The latest batch of Cybermen are the ones created by Missy/Master using reanimated corpses in an attempt to create an army for the Doctor. There were those among the dead with enough moral strength to resist the conditioning, namely Brigadier Leftbridge-Stewart and Danny Pink. Danny Pink was instrumental in the destruction of the cybermen created by Missy for her foul purposes.

Daleks
Doctors Met: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th
The Daleks are described by the 11th Doctor as "his oldest and deadliest enemy". He considered these mutants to be "the worst things in all of creation". The hatred between the Doctor and the Dalek is legendary; the animosity between them predates even the Time War with both sides wanting nothing more than to end the life of the other forever. For their part, the Daleks refer to the Doctor as "The Oncoming Storm" and "The Predator", among other less savory monikers.
Daleks are the mutated descendants of the humanoid Kaled race from the planet Skaro. A militaristic race, Kaleds shared the planet with another race of humanoids known as the Thals, with whom they were often at war. Ironically, it would technically be the brain of a Thal that would be used to create the first Dalek, when the twisted Kaled scientist, Davros, removed the still functioning brain from a captured Thal spy and placed it in a Mark I Travel Machine as part of an experiment. It proved a success, and thus a new race of Kaleds "Daleks" could be created-a supreme race who were specifically programmed to feel no pity and to regard anything 'not Dalek' as inferior and in need of extermination.
The Daleks possess little individual personality and operate under a strict hierarchy, conditioned to obey orders without question. The most fundamental tenant of Dalek psychology is the unwavering belief in Dalek superiority with the belief that other races should be immediately exterminated or enslaved until they no longer prove useful and then exterminated. Even other Daleks that are considered 'deviant' fall under this umbrella order; Davros himself was eventually killed by his own creations for not living up to Dalek standards. Irony at its finest. Later in their history, a Dalek Emperor would rise, creating Daleks by the manipulation and mutation of human genetic material. These particular form of Daleks worship the Emperor as a god. Either way, if a Dalek trains their eye stalk on you and yells "EXTERMINATE!" I would strongly suggest not standing around trying to figure out which particular type they were. In your own words, Doctor, "RUN!"
The Ood
Doctors Met: 10th, 11th
Don't give me that look, Doctor. Yes, I'm aware of what kind of people the Ood (or Oodkind) are. Peaceful, gentle, telepathic; forced into a life of pacifism by the fact that they carry a part of their brains in their hands. They couldn't hurt a fly if they tried.
And yet, it's these gifts that have made them a danger. As I mentioned, they carry a part of their brains in their hands. In fact, their brains are in three parts. The forebrain is where a human brain would be, the hindbrain (their memory and personality) is smaller, cradled in their hands, and a large oodbrain serves as a telepathic link between all Ood. However, a greedy human in the early parts of the Second Great and Bountiful Human Empire discovered their planet, he soon realized that if you replaced the hindbrain with a translator orb, not only could they understand humans, they were suddenly very biddable. Quickly turned into slaves and sold across the universe, most people, including the Doctor, was unaware of the true horror, thinking they were truly born that way.
Not only that, but the destruction of the hindbrain left them vulnerable. Such as the Ood crew on Sanctuary Base 6 or the Ood known as Nephew, they could be taken over via mind control and become destructive. Also, as could be reasonably expected, losing a part of their brain left them vulnerable to instability, leading to the 'red-eye disease' that the Doctor witnessed on their home planet when he realized the truth of them. While they are now peaceful, they serve as a grim reminder that one must never just simply accept things as what they seem. Even if they are the Doctor.
That concludes our time together this session, Doctor. Please press the button on your panel below to be taken to your assignment.
